Loo to eternity and live!

This is one of the many pictures that were taken at our wedding on Saturday. This one was taken at the point by Matu. I did a little touch on it using Photoshop. I did enjoy our wedding and so did my lovely eternal companion, Flora Sasa'e Fiaui.

Check out my toilet bowl!

The Invader!

Flora and I were working on this poster. She had a fun time doing it. It's finally here.

DON'T BE SCARY!!!

Flora had a fun time working on this project. Dang, she is so smart. I am very fortune to have a girl like her.
She did most of the poster because she wanted to do something more fun than doing her boring assignments.

My cleanliness Poster

This is a one of the posters i created for my IDD class. It was about Cleanliness! It sure is true that Cleanliness is next to Godliness. "Be ye therefore clean, even as Jesus and Heavenly Father are clean."

My cool watch!

Let me know if you want to buy my watch...it's really cheap!

This is my cool watch. I had to do this for my IDD class. Oh well, I didn't know that I was that creative. Sole matua laki a se keige e gofo ia a'u sole!

Our New Picture.

This is our newly edited picture. I just did it today in the library using i Photo on a Mac computer. I like it, Flora likes i too. Actually it was her idea to change it to black and white. I think it's nice.

Continuation of my story about the history of my family...

As poor as my family was, my parents love us so much to the point that they let us do homework and let them perform the heavy duties or most of the chores, while we try to do our best in school through studying. Although my parents dream about and for us has not come to pass, yet they have seen the fruits of their hard working to try to put and support us through our educational lives. However, some of their short goals for us have been fulfilled. I have served a full-time mission, now I am trying to go to school here at BYU-Hawaii. That made them very happy. My brother Talosaga has lifted up their joy when he became the President and finally graduated as Valedictorian. Those things are probably not that very important, but to my parents and my family, that was a big deal. Talosaga is now serving a mission for the Church in Auckland new Zealand. I can go on and on, but let me just say that we are so blessed because of the faithful of our parents in doing what was right and in putting the Lord's will first before theirs.

When I got my Mission Call.

I went to the Apia Mission Office to get my call. I got my call and Vaelei asked me to open it so she would know what to do, whether or not she had to do a Visa.

My Aiga

My family consists of 7 people. There are 5 kids, 4 boys and 1 girl. I am the oldest, then the three boys, and my sister is the youngest. Her name is Carolina. She is very special to me, because she was named after a place that is very dear to my heart, the place I served my mission; North Carolina in the Raleigh Mission. My family is one happy family in the whole community. We enjoy our time together as a family; we laugh together; we work together for the benefit of our family in various capacity. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know that this is the reason why my family is set apart from other families of the community. We are the only members in the whole village. Every Sunday, we use to all walk together as a family to Church, but right now, there is a generous member of our ward who volunteer to come pick us up for Church.
I love talking about my family. I am going to talk about each person in my family, starting from the youngest up to my dad. Are you ready?

My One and Only Sister
Like I mention earlier, my sister's name is Carolina. She was adopted by my parents while I was in the Mission field. So they decided that they want to name her after my Mission. I thought that was awesome! I only got to be with her for a very short time, and then i left again to go to Hawaii for school at BYU-Hawaii.I miss her. As much as I wanted to be with her, to get to know her better, I had to go away. She is so funny. She make me laugh all the time. She is so innocent. The short video clip shown below tells you a little bit more about her. Carolina has been grown so fast, and I am a bit sad when I left her, because I was having hard time trying to get to know her .
My Brother Talosaga
The second oldest, my brother Talosaga. He never cease to amaze me by the things that he has done and accomplished in his young life. He is 19 years of age, and he is now serving a full time mission in Auckland New Zealand. He is so smart. The picture that you see, is a picture of him taken during the day of his graduation from Vaiola College, the LDS Church High School. That day was one of the proud moment in his life, but especially to my parents, and our whole family. He did something that only few people could do. He lifts up our whole family. He put my parents reputation higher that anything else. Talosaga became the first place, and not only that, he was also the Valedictorian for that year 2006. His school life amazes me, because we were so different when we were young. I was always the one my parents count on to get good grades in school. Talosaga didn't qualified for any high school in Samoa when he graduated from our village 8th grade. He sat a entry exam for one of the Catholic school and got in. He started his high school life there for only a year and a half, then he got in to Vaiola College, where all these changes and ability of his academic life came to be known. He became more dependent, smarter and more spiritual. They are all wonderful things that can happen in somebodys life, but the fact that we didn't know about his strengths before kind of a shocking to us, but especially myself. He plays rugby and other sports too, but he mostly played rugby all throughout his high school life. He was also the President of the School - Vaiola College.
In church, he fulfill his responsibilities as a priesthood holder to the full of his ability and knowledge. He went from being very shy to be someone who stand tall as a leader in the Church and in school. I got an email from him that he was doing well in the mission field. He got a baptism the first week he went into the field. Like myself, Talosaga is the first missionary from our ward to serve in New Zealand.

My Brother Pati
My younger brother Patti. I love this guy. He is so different in a lot of ways from his two oldest brothers. He is actually the youngest of my parents kids, until my parents adopted my youngest brother now, as shown below. Patti is a interesting kid. He does things his own way. He doesn't want to be bothered by anyone. He's got a big heart.
Ever since this guy was little, he likes to draw and paint pictures.
I remember he first picture that he drew was a picture of tiger, and then a lion, and then a picture of a bus and then people. I remember one event, I was amazed by how young he was and how good he draw than me. (wow, i can't paint myself, but still). Let me tell you of one story I have about that. I called him into another house, and asked him to draw a picture for me, because I thought that he was lying, that he was just tracing these pictures from originals. So he came in, and after I asked him, he said OK. I hold up a Church manual by Howard B. Lee and asked him to draw the picture. He drew it while I was holding it up with my hand. I just could not believe this. He put up the picture and showed it to me, and right then until now, I believe him ever since.
He is a cool kid, but very hard to discipline.

New Picture of Pati & Carolina
The new picture of Pati and Carolina that I just edited with Photo shop. It is a really cool program to play with, and make your pictures look just right. For this picture I changed the background to another picture of the sunset.
I actually had a lot of fun editing their picture, and it was awesome too, because as I was working on it, I thought a great deal about them, and how wonderful they are. I miss them very much. I hope they are doing well, while their big brother is away. They make me happy.
It is my fist time using photo shop, and you know anytime you use something for the first time, 2 things possibly happen;- it's either you damage it or you break it. So what I mean, is that, this is probably not the best job I have done with Photo shop, but it helps me for some practice with this cool program. i want to play with it more and be familiar with it.I had Matu Dolly to help me out. They are cool people and so nice. If you need help anytime, call them. They will give you free food, free drinks, free ride, ice cream, Samoan food, free everything, free plane tickest and free girl...

My Marriage Proposal.

This is one of the special days of my life. It happened on a beautiful Tuesday afternoon on top of the green luxury mountain of Vaiola College. During my class prep. I asked my Flora, if she was ready to climb the mountain so we can take a picture together on the mountain of our high school, before we go back to Hawaii for school. Of course she was more than ready to climb that mountain. She had never been on top of it before, so this was her first time. She climbed that steep mountain with no clue of what was going to happen. It was a big surprise for her. When we got up there we kind of rest a little, then i had to go look where Bishop Aleni Fuatimau placed the ring. Bishop's Family Home Evening activity was to hike on the mountain, and to put the ring somewhere in preparation for this special moment the next day, which was Tuesday. I was already excited about this, but I was soon to call my Flora and ask her if she could come up to Vaiola that Tuesday, so we can take a picture, before I leave. That was my last day of teaching at Vaiola before going back to Hawaii, so if there was a time to do what i wanted to do, it was then.

This is the beautiful picture of the great mountain of Vaiola. One of my best friends, Al Fuatimau added the picture of Christ beind and upon the mountain which makes really nice. The picture
of Christ shows the Spirit that the students of this great institution of Vaiola emulates.
I only talked about the Spirit that the students radiates, but what i really meant was everone who enters this place, those who live in it, and especially those who go to this place to further their light and knowledge through education and spiritual edification. I was one of those people who have been so blessed to attend this school. from this school go the many wonderful, educated, experienced leaders of the Church now in Samoa, and no doubt there will be more in the future.
